Katie Officer is proud to be part of the Brock and Decker team of experts, bringing more than 10 years of real estate experience and a genuine passion for helping people navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. Since 2014, Katie has guided clients through real estate decisions with the same level of care and dedication she would want for herself—trustworthy, honest, hardworking, professional, and always keeping the experience as smooth (and even enjoyable) as possible.

Her commitment to service has been recognized consistently throughout her career, including being named a Senior Executive Associate and earning multiple Quality of Service Awards over the years.
Katie is also known for her strong attention to detail and ability to help homes stand out in today’s competitive market. She earned her Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation in 2017 and became a Certified Home Stager in 2018. In addition to her real estate work, she owns Knocked Out Home Staging, a staging business focused on showcasing a home’s best features and creating a lasting first impression for buyers.
Outside of real estate, Katie places a strong priority on family and work-life balance. After her husband, Kurt, experienced a stroke in 2021, she gained an even deeper appreciation for living life fully and staying grounded in what matters most. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find her enjoying Wisconsin summers—supporting local charities and fundraisers, going for walks or runs with Kurt and their dog Quinn, playing volleyball, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
